The Associations will adopt the rates approved for usage by ISO
(Insurance Services Office, Inc) in the state of North Carolina.

Direct Assignment
Authority - Catastrophe
As a reminder, if you have not submitted your request for
direct assignment authority please do so immediately. You may find the necessary
form in the Claims/Catastrophe section of our website. If you have any questions
feel free to contact the Claim Department.
Effective May 1, 2007
The Beach Plan will
be adopting the new Homeowner Rates as published by the North Carolina Rate
Bureau effective May 1, 2007. The Dynamic Web was updated with these new rates
on March 1, 2007.
Reminder March 1, 2007
The Dynamic Web
Agreement stipulates that the producer will maintain a copy of the uploaded
application with the required signatures. The application copy that should be
saved is the one you print to have your client sign. Keeping the Signature Page
only and attaching it to the final uploaded application does not comply with the
Dynamic Web Agreement. If you have any questions regarding this requirement,
please contact your Underwriter.
Effective January 23, 2007
As a reminder,
photographs of the structure(s) insured are required by the Association for both
full peril and windstorm and hail policies. The Dynamic Web Application
indicates the policy will be cancelled if photographs are not received within
thirty (30) days. You may upload a photograph at time of application by
attachment. For issued policies you may send via the Dynamic Web under the "Send
a File or Photo Electronically" option.
