Effective September 15, 2006
Ernesto Producer Claim
The authority period for direct claim assignment by the producer has expired.

Effective December 1, 2006
New Commercial Rates
The Associations will adopt the rates approved for usage by ISO (Insurance Services Office, Inc) in the state of North Carolina.

Effective September 1, 2006
Dwelling Fire and Dwelling Wind Rate Change
The Associations will adopt the rates approved for usage by the North Carolina Rate Bureau. Dwelling 89 rates are available from ISO (Insurance Services Office, Inc).

Important Information - ERNESTO
If Ernesto is a Hurricane when it hits land today, Hurricane Catastrophe Procedures will apply. Click Here for Catastrophe Procedures.

If Ernesto is a Tropical Storm at the time of landfall today, Hurricane Catastrophe Procedures will not apply as it pertains to reporting to Member Companies; however, the Associations are authorized direct assignments by Producers to one of the approved Independent Adjusting Firms listed on this web site for one week following the storm's landfall.

Association Zip Code Change
Effective July 1, 2006 - New Zip Code For Street Address. The United Postal Services will change the zip code of the Associations' street address effective July 1, 2006. The zip code will change from 27511 to 27518.
